At Audio Forum Belgrade 2024, Tarn spoke about the specific challenges of recording sound on set for a highly controlled and conceptually demanding film. His lecture focused on production sound workflows, collaboration with the director and post-production team and the creative implications of technical decisions made during shooting. Drawing on real examples from the film, Tarn provided insight into how sound can shape narrative, atmosphere and audience perception.

At the time of Audio Forum Belgrade 2024, Ivan Brusić was the Head of Audio at the Terazije Theatre and an experienced live sound engineer.
At Audio Forum Belgrade 2024, he led an extensive multi-hour live sound workshop focused on real-world concert preparation and execution, along with the Sloba Dragović Quintet featuring Ksenija Kuljača. The workshop covered band setup, soundcheck procedures and problem-solving during live performance conditions. By working directly with musicians on stage, Ivan demonstrated practical techniques and decision-making processes essential to live sound engineering.

The concert showcased original material and demonstrated the direct connection between technical preparation and artistic expression.

Nikola Živojinović is a Senior Mix Technician at Molinare in London, working at the Jack Cardiff Dolby Atmos mixing stage.
At Audio Forum Belgrade 2024, he presented a Dolby Atmos showcase focused on real-world immersive audio workflows in contemporary post-production. Drawing on his experience configuring and supporting complex Atmos, 7.1, and 5.1 multi-rig mixes, Nikola discussed the technical and organizational aspects of operating high-end mixing stages.
His recent work includes re-recording mixer credits on Her Name Was Moviola, Desperate Journey, Deep Cover, 213 Bones and Layla, as well as senior mix technician credits on major international productions such as The Amateur, Paddington in Peru, Nosferatu, Nimona, Damsel and The Family Plan.
His presentation offered practical insight into the demands of immersive sound mixing in large-scale film and television production environments.

The student program offers insight into contemporary approaches to sound within academic and experimental contexts, while giving participants the opportunity to present their work in front of a professional audience.
